Our guarantee is about the process — never the returns
We will never promise a market outcome, and we never will — no honest system can. What we do stand behind is getting you set up with a clear, working process.
Every membership includes a 1:1 onboarding call and hands-on support to get everything in place: your symbols mapped, your alerts live, and a defined stop on every position. Complete your onboarding and follow the setup with us, and if within your first 30 days your system still isn't properly set up and running, we keep working with you 1:1 until it is. That is our promise — the setup and the support, never a return.
Once you receive access to the system, view the alerts, see the platform, or join the private member areas, the information cannot be "returned" or unseen.
For that reason, beyond the setup guarantee above, refunds are not available after access has been granted to MarketPal Pro or any private member component.
This is not because we want to rush anyone into a decision. It is the opposite.
